I feel bad giving 2 stars, but literally i had the worst experience ever, i was so excited for a new salon in the area, i came in today and showed them a photo of a nails inspo and they said they could do it and gave me a quote, I clarified I wanted exactly the inspo and also clarified the price. Long story short, once I’m in the chair they suddenly don’t have the design I wanted, and jack the price up. I spent over 5 hours at the salon, and the owner had to redo my nails and pedicure cause it wasn’t done right, even though the owner Ty tried her best to fix the mistakes, I felt like my time was disrespected, and I really thought they’d give me a discount but they charged me full price, even though they were so many mistakes made, the one girl was rude to me, I had to constantly wait in between the service and move to different workers. And on top of that, I did not get what I wanted. Very disappointing, stressful, while I was there, there were a bunch of other ladies not happy with the service, arguing with clients about prices they first gave them then changed pr just got given what they were asking for. I hope the staff get trained properly and customer service is improved, also I am very particular about details, photo doesn’t show well, but it’s not straight and has bumps.

I had such a great experience at Valley Nails! My visit was a bit spontaneous, but they absolutely nailed it—literally. I got a pedicure and a full manicure with a cute daisy nail art design, and everything turned out beautifully. The staff were so kind and attentive, and the attention to detail really shows in the final result. My nails feel fresh, clean, and perfect for summer. Highly recommend if you’re looking for both quality and care!

I love this nail salon. They provide a wide range of both shellac and regular polish that you can easily choose from. The service is at its best, everyone is nice and very professional. Best nail in town.

I came to the spa yesterday and really enjoyed pedicure service here. The service is incredibly good, the staff is so friendly, and the vibrance is so cozy and relaxed. I highly recommend "happy pedicure" package as it offers a great sense of relief. I would definitely come back every week!

I went in for a manicure and everything was fine until I mentioned that I wanted regular polish instead of Shellac. After that, the service noticeably changed. On top of that, there wasn’t much variety in regular nail polish colors to choose from. I’d rather go back to my old salon and spa, where I consistently get the same quality service and a better selection, no matter what type of polish I choose. This salon is only good if you want anything other than a regular polish.
